'99.9999% automated' claim challenged as a meaningless metric

@ketanrama replies to @binarybits: unless you use a completely mechanical measure that cuts out why human researchers are paid big bucks, you can't say 99.9999% of the research process is automated. He ties this to debates on recursive self-improvement: people expect something amazing when the last 0.0001% is solved, 'but that's not how anything works.'
