The @bot team at xAI shared a batch of Grok Bot usage tips:

Organization: one "chief of staff" bot plus a few specialists beats one mega-chat; pin your top 1-2 agents and organize the sidebar with sections
Task management: have the bot keep a Notion page of outstanding work so you can ask "what's left" instead of babysitting; treat each bot as a job, not a whole project
Teaching tasks: for difficult tasks, hit "teach a task" in the browser, record yourself doing it once, and the bot can repeat it
Permissions: turn on Always Allow and turn off Auto Review for more autonomy — but test workflows carefully first
Also: connect multiple accounts across plugins, ask the bot which skills/plugins to enable, generate an avatar for each bot
