AI finance infrastructure startup Rillet announced a $100M Series C at a $1B valuation, led by ICONIQ Capital — its third round in 14 months, bringing total funding past $200M.
The round came together in under 48 hours. The company wasn't planning to raise, but new ARR doubled last quarter and it crossed 600+ customers, including public companies and enterprises with $2B in revenue. Rillet's AI agent usage is growing 70% monthly, and CFOs are replacing Oracle Fusion, SAP and Workday to run their companies on it. Rillet also announced an alliance with EY and partnered with more than half of the top 20 CPA firms. Its pitch: the ERP becomes the harness for modern finance, where people and agents share the same financial data, accounting policies and controls.
