MiniMax H3 generates noise at end of 15-second clips

A user reported an issue when generating reference videos with MiniMax H3 via ComfyUI: when the duration hits 15 seconds, the last 2-3 seconds of the video turn into pure noise. Testing with a 13-second duration resulted in the same issue occurring in the very last second. The user was using the standard workflow and models without any LoRAs.
