A user reported achieving a 6x generation speedup for Minimax H3 on a MacBook M5 Pro. By moving away from ComfyUI and building a custom GUI around antirez's H3 CLI solution, generation time for a 5-second 480p clip (20 steps) dropped from 30 minutes using default int8 weights to just 5 minutes using full-precision bf16 weights.
