Brokk releases Muninn: State-of-the-art code localization model

Brokk has released Muninn, a new code localization model that claims to be the best English-to-code localizer at any size. The 346M parameter base model and a 47M small variant were trained on 11 languages: C, C++, C#, Go, Java, JavaScript, PHP, Python, Rust, Scala, and TypeScript.
