Anthropic releases protein binder design dataset, prompts and report on Hugging Face
nc_frey · x · 2026-08-19
Anthropic has published claude-protein-binder-design on Hugging Face, containing the full data from its de novo protein binder design work: prompts, experimental data, structure files (mmCIF + PAE), and docs/tables, under CC-BY-4.0.
The dataset spans 100K–1M rows across image, tabular and text modalities, with validation tags such as surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and biolayer interferometry (BLI). The v1.0 data and prompts dropped a day ago, a demo video was just added to the card, and the accompanying technical report and blog post are also public.
