Anthropic targets over $10B credit facility ahead of planned IPO: Bloomberg

Anthropic is arranging commitments for a credit facility targeting over $10 billion, ahead of a planned public debut according to Bloomberg. The proposed revolver is drawing commitments above its $10B target, though the company could still cap it at or below that level. This would be at least four times the $2.5B five-year facility Anthropic closed in 2025 with seven large banks. Larger commitments by banks generally bring higher fees.
