Claude Tool Search optimizes multi-tool agent workflows

Addressing the confusion agents face when working with dozens of tools, Claude Tool Search dynamically keeps only 3-5 tools loaded per request, deferring the long tail. Before tuning prompts, developers are advised to count their tools to identify the threshold that breaks evals. This capability is now available in Microsoft Foundry alongside other agent-building blocks.
