Jobs where excellence is visible will survive AI automation

Jim Prosser argues in the new Every project that jobs most vulnerable to AI automation (customer service, coding, clerical work) are those where human excellence is invisible to the consumer. In contrast, professions like film directing or criminal defense law retain value because the distinction between good and great is highly perceptible. The future constraint for human work won't be the lack of excellence, but the ability of consumers to perceive it.
