The author tested MiniMax H3 on a 12GB RTX 4070 SUPER, combining Comfy Kitchen Attention, Sol-Attn, and EasyCache. This reduced generation time from 206.48s to 134.92s, a 34.7% speedup.
Key Findings:
- Adding EasyCache skipped 8/20 steps, cutting total time by 32.5%.
- Stacking Sol-Attn further reduced time despite skipping fewer steps.
- Discovered Spectrum H3 conflicts with EasyCache and disables itself.
