Don't Teach AI How to Do Your Job to Prevent Replacement

The author argues that to prevent AI from competing for your job, you shouldn't teach it how to do it. If your job is identical to millions of others, AI will likely learn it anyway. However, if your work involves even 5% tacit knowledge—such as who to trust, detecting anomalies, or responding in critical situations—keeping this out of AI user logs can preserve your competitive edge.
