GetPrescence models medicine as a game, building the first AI system to play for health
RishabJainK · x · 2026-08-19
GetPrescence is the first health system modeling medicine as a game, aiming to optimize for health outcomes. The author argues that current healthcare incentives prioritize cost and efficiency over pure health, while AI systems have already achieved superhuman performance in complex games like Chess and Go. By applying these capabilities to medical decision paths, the system seeks to bypass misaligned incentives. A short documentary about the project has been released.
