Building a 40-Second Fully AI Scene on One Timeline with Seedance 2.5
JaynitMakwana · x · 2026-08-19
The author shares a real production workflow: batch out characters, environments and references with AI image generation first, then use AI video (Seedance 2.5) to produce shots in different angles, styles and sizes. Every clip drops straight onto the CapCut PC timeline, so you're building a real edit from the first clip instead of hoarding raw AI footage.
The key trick with Seedance 2.5 is timestamp-level editing: extend a shot past where it used to end and fix weak beats individually, producing a 40-second scene that never cuts off mid-action.
