First prompt: read it as a recruiter would in 6 seconds — the first issue found was that nothing quantifiable appeared until line 8. Second: rewrite every bullet to lead with a number or outcome, even if she had to estimate a range. Once forced to estimate, real numbers appeared: team sizes, percentages, dollar figures she'd never thought to include.
