PyLate hands model maintenance to SentenceTransformers' Tom Aarsen

The PyLate author announced that the modeling part of the library is now maintained by Tom Aarsen of SentenceTransformers himself, making long-term upkeep far more viable and better supported. The indexes and surrounding tooling built over time (mLate, LateOn-Code, ColBERT boilerplates) stay within the PyLate ecosystem.
