Shared a ComfyUI workflow combining MiniMax H3 with Ultimate SD Upscale (USDU) to achieve local 2K video generation and upscaling.
Hardware: RTX 4080S (16GB VRAM) + 64GB RAM.
Performance:
- Initial gen (1504x832px, int8, sageattn, Lightx2v): 5 mins
- USDU Upscale to (3008x1664px): 40 mins
