New AI-coding slang: 'Mouse-Wiggler' and 'Slopping' get dictionary entries
wavefnx · x · 2026-08-18
Reddit/X user wavefnx jokingly "trademarks" two new terms for the AI coding era:
- Mouse-Wiggler: a person whose only job is wiggling the mouse so their LLM doesn't stop generating — typically someone with no idea about code or what they're doing.
- Slopping: the act of producing irreversible amounts of entropy. Sample sentence: "The universe can reduce any entropy but slopping, the prima-materia of the singularity."
