AI video startup Higgsfield closed a $400M Series B at a $5.4B post-money valuation — 4x higher in just 8 months. DST Global led, with Goldman Sachs, Intel Capital and others participating.
Founded in 2023 by former Snap AI lead Alex Mashrabov, the company targets enterprise marketing: an agentic video pipeline turns scripts or product URLs into multiple ad variants, Keyframes tackle controllability, and the Soul 2.0 portrait engine preserves brand visual assets. ARR jumped from $20M to $700M in a year, with 30M+ registered users and 390 Fortune 500 customers, cutting clients' creative production cycles by 70%. Its rise signals that the next phase of AI video is about embedding deeply into high-frequency enterprise workflows.
