Building an AI with a brain you own using Markdown and 5 tools
dfinke · x · 2026-08-18
Doug Finke plans a live experiment to test the minimal infrastructure needed to build an AI Agent with its own 'brain' (knowledge base). The experiment will use PowerShell, Markdown, five basic tools, and an LLM to explore how AI works when it has a knowledge library it can organize, search, and retrieve. This aims to solve the issue of disposable AI interactions, turning work output into a reusable library for the AI.
