AWS Bedrock Adds Cross-Region Inference for OpenAI Models

AWS Bedrock now supports OpenAI GPT-5.6 models and introduces cross-region inference. This allows using native OpenAI APIs with automatic routing across regions for higher throughput and lower costs, fully integrated with Bedrock's governance and billing systems.
