Minisforum's N5 Max AI NAS runs AMD's Strix Halo with up to 128GB of RAM at 8533MT/s — matching the DGX Spark, above the 8000MT/s most Strix Halo machines ship at. It offers 5 NVMe slots (via a PCIe switch, enough to hook up GPUs), dual 10GbE for clustering, and 5 HDD bays for storing LLMs. The 128GB version is at an introductory $3,599, cheaper than Minisforum's other Strix Halo machines.
