Local agent upgrade: nightly data extraction from daily logs

The developer upgraded a local agent setup with a nightly automation process. The system now randomly samples message windows from daytime activity, uses tools to extend them and define boundaries, and automatically extracts task descriptions, reward descriptions, and realized rewards to prepare for value model training.
