Sub8 adds a local password manager for Grok bots — secrets never touch the cloud
Daniel_Farinax · x · 2026-08-18
Bot tool Sub8 now includes a password manager: passwords stay encrypted on the user's local machine, and users choose which bots get access. The bot opens the login page on its own local Linux VM desktop and fills it in automatically, so secrets never pass through the chat or the cloud. It works with any Grok Build subscription — no Grok Heavy or Cursor subscription required.
