Riley Brown showed Peter Yang how he uses Codex to run his entire content business (1.5M+ followers): agents proactively find content ideas, scrape top-performing thumbnails and test putting his face on them (via Paper), and produce animations and B-roll.
Workflow highlight: he never manually inspects skill files — if AI does a bad job, he just tells it to update the skill so it won't repeat the mistake, then tests the agent in a fresh chat with clean context, measuring outcomes to iterate. He also walks for 10 minutes speaking ideas aloud and hands them to AI afterward.
