Nvidia Backs OpenAI's Ohio AI Data Center With up to $105B Guarantee

Nvidia announced a multi-year partnership with SB Energy to build out the PORTS Technology Campus AI data center in Ohio. OpenAI will be a tenant with roughly 4.25 GW of IT load, deploying Nvidia's full-stack DSX AI factory platform. Nvidia has provided a residual-value guarantee of up to $105 billion on the lease arrangements, with optional credit support for another 3.8 GW.
