Gemini roadmap: Workspace tool optimization and new Projects design underway

Gemini's product lead shared an improvement roadmap based on community feedback:

Workspace Integrations: A revamped version is testing and will launch in 1-2 weeks to address reliability issues.
Tool Calling: The 3.7 Flash model has shown improvements, with more gains expected soon.
Project Management: A new "Projects" design and folder organization are finished and currently being implemented.
Connectors: Currently supports 49 connectors and counting.
Architecture: Backend work is done, and frontend work has started.
Fixes: Resolved major over-triggering bugs; several features are now live or ramping up.
