OpenCode Integration Bug: DeepSeek V4 Causes Infinite Loop

A user reported a critical bug in the OpenCode project when integrating DeepSeek Flash V4 (opencode go). The model enters an endless reply loop, repeating the same sentence. The issue can be reproduced by sending any input.
