Nvidia is partnering with investment firms like KKR and Apollo to raise $500 billion for data center infrastructure. Nvidia will provide guarantees to help asset-light but high-demand AI labs like OpenAI secure financing for Land, Power, and Shell (LPS). The first project in Ohio will deploy 1.5 million GPUs with 4.25 GW power. Jensen Huang stated this LPS model secures 20-year revenue streams and leverages CUDA's ecosystem to mitigate risks.
