A confidential law enforcement bulletin obtained by The Intercept reveals that the Delaware Valley Intelligence Center, a Philadelphia fusion center, has been scanning social media for posts opposing AI data centers.
A December alert marked "for official use only" warned that "domestic violent extremists" could pose physical and cyber threats to AI data centers, and was distributed through the national fusion center network. The bulletin, however, cites mostly news reports and social media posts, acknowledges a lack of specific attack plans against the three planned regional data centers, and offers little tangible evidence of threats.
