Bionic adds support for agent skills, reusing Codex and Claude shortcuts

Bionic now supports agent skills, which are reusable shortcuts for capturing tasks, knowledge, or custom instructions. Users can utilize, install, and create skills directly within Bionic, including existing ones from Codex and Claude, or invoke them using the @ syntax in the composer.
