US DOE Announces First Projects for AI Science Push 'Genesis Mission'

The US Department of Energy selected the first round of projects for its Genesis Mission, a national initiative to speed up scientific discovery with AI. Two NYU faculty members are involved: Mengye Ren on the MARS project and Juliana Freire on the DAISY project.
