Groq announced a $350 million Series A led by Disruptive, with planned participation from NVIDIA, valuing the company at $3.5 billion. Combined with $650 million raised in June, recent funding totals $1 billion. The capital will support the expansion of NVIDIA accelerated computing clusters. Groq currently operates 13 data centers globally, serving over six million developers. The new valuation reflects the company's status after divesting its LPU chip business to NVIDIA.
