dee_hw · x · 2026-08-18
Autonomous AI has open-sourced the software for the "thinking lamp" as Autonomous OS, aiming to be the Android for robots. Once installed, robots use local agentic reasoning engines (like Hermes or Claude Code) to process audio/visual inputs and decide actions autonomously. Built in Go, it includes modules for skills, integrations, and runtimes, supporting various robot platforms.
