A recent survey indicates that a significant number of organizations worldwide exceeded their budgets on Agentic AI projects over the last year. The data shows that 33% of organizations stayed on budget, 43% overshot by 10-25%, and the remaining 24% went past plan by more than a quarter. To address this, a new report titled "Effective Agent Cost Management: A Practitioner’s Framework for Planning, Sourcing, Implementation, and Operations" has been recommended.
