Claude Plugins: Registry and CLI to Manage AI Coding Plugins and Skills

Claude Plugins is a lightweight registry to discover, install, and manage public Claude plugins and agent skills. It provides a unified platform hosting over 11,989 Claude Code plugins and 63,065 agent skills. The project includes two focused CLIs: claude-plugins for Claude Code plugins and skills-installer for agent skills. Users can install tools via npx. It requires Claude Code v2.0.12+ for plugin support or an agentskills-compatible client.
