Open-source H3 Prompt Studio: local LLM writes MiniMax H3 storyboards

A developer open-sourced H3 Prompt Studio (GitHub: lololerigolo60/Minimax-H3-prompt-studio), a CustomTkinter desktop app that uses a local LLM (Ollama / LM Studio / llama.cpp) to write MiniMax H3's rigid structured prompts — no cloud, no API keys.
The highlight is the Story → Sequences mode:
- Drop in reference images (characters, settings) with quick role descriptions;
- Hit "Generate story" — the LLM writes a narrative that actually uses all references and invents connective tissue if the premise is thin;
- Pick N sequences — the LLM splits the story into beats, deciding per beat which references apply, whether there's dialogue, and the best camera move;
- It outputs one fully-formed, isolated H3 Ref2VA prompt per sequence, ready for your video pipeline.
This removes the pain of hand-writing six-section H3 prompts for every shot. Sessions (refs + story + sequences) save to JSON and reload later. It's a personal tool shared for others building on H3 locally.
