MiniMax-H3 workflow turns one design into a playable game sprite atlas for ~$5
victormustar · x · 2026-08-17
Developer victormustar shares a full workflow for creating game sprites with MiniMax-H3:
- One character design still on a flat magenta background;
- One 5s H3 clip per move (walk, jump, punch, kick, block...);
- Cut each clip down to its pose extremes;
- Key out the magenta and pack into a sprite atlas.
Wire it to a state machine to make it playable — 8 moves for about $5.
