Developer banned for local automation, appeal denied and refund blocked

A developer's ChatGPT Pro account was permanently banned after using local automation tools for personal coding projects. Despite claiming non-commercial use, OpenAI enforced a violation and denied the appeal without warning. The user cannot access the account to cancel the subscription or request a refund and is currently disputing the charge via payment provider Wise.
