TTM Technologies to buy AI radio maker Epiq for $1.1B in all-cash deal

TTM Technologies agreed to acquire Epiq Design Solutions for $1.1 billion in an all-cash deal. Epiq provides AI-enabled software-defined radios, RF systems and radiation-tolerant space computing used in signals intelligence and electronic warfare. TTM expects the deal to be immediately accretive to adjusted EBITDA margins and to non-GAAP EPS in 2028.
