Anthropic is reportedly in talks to acquire Decart for roughly $6 billion, a 50% premium over its $4B valuation from May. The strategic rationale centers on Decart's optimization stack for AI hardware (Nvidia, TPU, Trainium, AMD) which could meaningfully improve inference efficiency.
