Shared a ComfyUI workflow for local 2K (1440p) upscaling using MiniMax H3 with Ultimate SD Upscale (USDU). Includes custom Guider nodes and a ready-to-use workflow JSON.
- Performance: On an RTX 4080S (16GB VRAM), initial generation (1504x832px) takes 5 mins, and upscaling to 3008x1664px takes 25 mins.
- Stack: Uses MiniMax H3 flf2v int8, sageattn, and Lightx2v 8-step turbo LoRA.
- Use Case: Enables high-res video work for users with 16GB VRAM.
