ChatGPT can now clone repos, analyze code, and submit PRs via GitHub Plugin

A user discovered that ChatGPT Pro, when connected to the GitHub Plugin, can autonomously clone a repository, analyze the codebase, and generate a detailed proposal based on the current code state.
Furthermore, when prompted to implement the solution, ChatGPT successfully created the code and submitted a Pull Request on the user's behalf after confirming permissions.
