Claude Code Defaults to Auto Mode for Tool Execution

Claude Code now defaults to 'Auto mode', allowing Claude to automatically handle permission prompts. It assesses tool calls for risky actions and prompt injection, executing lower-risk ones and blocking others without manual intervention.
