Peter Corke has released the Robotics Toolbox for Python on GitHub, a high-productivity framework for robotics research and education. It includes kinematics, dynamics, inverse kinematics, Jacobians, motion planning, control, localization and SLAM, supporting over 50 robot models (e.g., Franka, Universal Robots, Kinova, Puma). The code is intentionally readable for learning. Built on Corke's work since the 1990s, it's now used in education and research. Free, open-source, Python.
