Hermes Agent Introduces Bot Mode for Multi-Agent Collaboration, Public Beta Test Underway

Teknium announced Bot Mode for Hermes Agent, an alternative to sessions mode that lets users chat with multiple agent profiles (bots) and enable them to communicate. The feature is available via a plugin for public beta testing on Hermes Desktop for one day, with feedback to be integrated into the main app.
Meanwhile, @themahis shared an experiment: splitting a task across three intentionally incomplete agents (one can research but not build, one can build but not approve its own work, one can test and challenge but not fix), testing whether they can recognize their limits and hand off tasks without human coordination. The goal is to achieve a verified result with zero manual routing, which is more interesting than just having agents talk to each other.
