Bun maintenance experiment: Claude prompting Claude for daily upkeep
inductionheads · x · 2026-08-16
Bun's author shared an experiment: early Bun PRs came from humans prompting Claude, but now mostly from Claude prompting Claude. The developer set up a Slack channel where Claude Tag runs daily maintenance routines: crash fuzzing (finding and fixing crashes), dedup unifier (merging similar abstractions), and dead-code remover. Early signs suggest it is feasible for AI to take over day-to-day app maintenance.
