OpenAI introduced 'Computer History' for the ChatGPT macOS desktop app, a feature that turns user clicks and keystrokes into training data. It aims to learn how the user works, suggest automations, and resume unfinished tasks. The activity creates a timeline referenceable by ChatGPT and Codex. The feature is opt-in, allowing users to exclude apps/sites and delete entries, with automatic ignoring of incognito browsing.
