Anthropic is closing in on a $7 billion deal to acquire Decart, an Israeli AI startup specializing in world models. The deal sees Anthropic beating out a higher reported offer from Nvidia, with Google and SpaceX listed as potential alternatives. Sequoia Capital, a key investor, stands to make an 11–14x return on its estimated $70M investment.
