Addressing the claim that "there are no use cases for humanoids," a real-world project involving German supplier Kostal and Shenzhen's Daimon Robotics demonstrates the opposite. The team identified four jobs that run the same way every day inside Kostal's production.

The robot is currently learning these tasks in Shenzhen before moving to the Shanghai plant. If it hits the same numbers as the current process, Kostal plans to deploy it globally. This highlights that the trick isn't waiting for general-purpose humanoids, but finding repeatable tasks and willing suppliers to train against specific metrics.
